Fix For Batman Arkham City DLC Issues

Are you one of the people that ended up with a blank code sheet for the Batman Arkham City DLC? Supposedly, if you follow the steps below, Warner will get you a new code.

• A dated proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) showing the purchase of a NEW copy of the game (not a rented or used copy, nor a copy purchased from eBay)
• Your gamertag for Xbox Live, or your profile for the PSN
• Your email address
• A scan or digital picture of the package and game disc(s)
• A scan or digital picture of the code sheet (both sides).

Upon receipt of the information, customer service promised it would "escalate" Michel's issue "so a code can be produced."

Man, this Batman game is getting tons of hype.

Heard lots about it, lots of people say its good that tried it.... whoda thunk? Hopefully it doesn't end up being another quick console-port PC game, like 9 out of 10 movie based games we get

I know that this is supposed to be a form of used goods tax, one which I am not a huge fan of to begin with. But since this isn't going to be only DLC and since it isn't part of the game itself, and since it was free with the game. Wouldn't it be better for them and to push future DLC sales to just have it be free without code on Xbox-Live/PSN.

photoshop a receipt if you dont have one, bought it used, etc - problem solved

It's not a movie based game and like Arkham Asylum before it, Arkham City should be a properly done console to PC port. The last title ran well, looked amazing and felt like a PC game despite not being designed primarily for PC.
