Oooh, so many "head" jokes, so little time. As a marketing trick, this stunt is okay I guess, but there isn't anything special about playing pre-recorded video on a couple iPads. Does this make anyone want to buy Cosmo for Guys now? Maybe if it came with a multi-touch girl. :D

Someone touched her iPad without permission LOL. Is that some kind of assault?
 
She should get together with Serious Sam, and then they can have more small-head-syndrome kids!

It would have been neater to have a real time video of the front and back and left and right screens so it looks like she has no head.
 
i thought it might be some new apple device like ipod touch but bigger than ipod mini and smaller than ipod touch.

man i wish i was that guy who walk pass by her with bottle of water, i would have loved to put some form top and bottom not only to cool her head off but also get the ipad damaged (if i could)
 
How do she walk around without seeing? Did she use the integrated webcam? Oh wait...
