Overclockers Club has posted a three-in-one review of Sapphire's HD6670 Ultimate, HD6750 & HD6770 video cards today. You'll want to check this one out if you are in the market for a budget GPU.

The Sapphire HD6670 Ultimate was able to give me a maximum clock of 870 MHz on the GPU core and 1140 MHz on the memory core, the Sapphire HD6750 was able to hit a maximum of 840 MHz on the GPU clock and the memory clock was a maximum of 1340 MHz. Finally the HD6770 had a maximum GPU Core clock of 960 MHz and 1320 MHz on the memory clock.

hmmm, no mention of the fact that the 6770 is the exact same card as the 5770 but $30 more expensive and therefore worthless...

The cheapest 5770 is only $10 less than the cheapest 6770. I don't get where you are seeing $30 more expensive. Regardless im not really happy with the change. I just had a friend this week "upgrade" to a 6770 from his 5770. Lucky for him he bought it locally so he can take it back.

The spread can run the other way with the rebadges (and does, in the case of the XFX HD6750/5750 at Best Buy - at that retailer, the higher-numbered part has the lower price; in other words, the HD6750 costs less). However, as long as the purchaser is *aware* that the rebadge is what it is, either one would be a decent upgrade from unpowered lower-end AMD GPUs (such as HD54/55/56xx or HD64/65/66xx or lower).
