The Kindle Lending Club Has Launched

We reported earlier that Kindle was adding the lending option to loan and borrow e-books and that’s a great feature. The problem existed of exactly who to borrow from or lend to. A new startup program by Catherine McDonald, named the Kindle Lending Club, plays the role of matchmaker quite nicely.

So in less than two weeks' time, she has pulled together the resources - about $12,500 in angel investment and a Web development team - to launch the Kindle Lending Club.
