EXACTLY. if money REALLY doesn't matter, there is absolutely no reason NOT to buy a new lappy every year and bring it to lans. think the keyboard sucks? get a 19", in my opinion those keyboards are pretty much the same as normal ones. someone above mentioned not wanting to abuse the laptop...

yes, i agree asus is quite nice; however, i just don't have that kind of budget... i only have 1000 USD available (yah, i am canadian, just converted my savings to USD)

i thought the higher the resolution the smaller the text? i don't really want to have to squit lol. i think that 1280 x 800 is good because the text size are just right. i mean, if it had bigger resolution, i probalby can fit more stuff, but then i'd have to squint to see thigns on the screen lol
