Quick note-> I passed my T61p down to my Father and ordered a refurb T530 from Lenovo Outlet. Arrived in 3 days in perfect condition. i5 3320M, 1920x1080 screen, 4GB ram, 500GB hdd. The supplied Toshiba hdd seemed much slower than the Seagate 500GB I had in the T61p. It had to go. But...

Just built my 3770k using the P280. Nice case!!!

I purchased an x750 recently from Newegg, on sale, for about ~$120.00. What a BARGAIN! Quiet, fully modular, and cable lengths that were spot on for my build. The x750 just felt like a quality piece of equipment.

Update- I received my chip (and heat sink) in excellent condition. Package was, for all intents and purposes, New In Box. Thenemesis shipped my package Tuesday, from Texas, and I received it today. Priority Mail. Thank-You.

Nice find, Briguyatx! I try to keep a good psu on hand, and recently had to use my spare Corsair HX750 in my my server replacing an old Corsair HX620 that would no longer boot the machine. Thanks for sharing.

Onboard Intel NIC is a feature that separates the wheat from the chaff, in my opinion. All things being equal, I would take the Asus over the other boards.

ASUS P8Z68-V PRO has an Intel NIC.

Thanks for the clarification. My understanding was a 7200 rpm would offer a noticeable speed increase during a parity check, and I planned to add a 2TB 7200 rpm to my setup for that reason. I'm too new to the unRaid/Flexraid scene, even though I read as much as I can...
