If you are dead set on HDR(with AA), only the ATI cards will support it. You have to use bloom with NVidia cards. Just a thought. Edit: Sorry was already covered. Bah.

Hey all. Recently wanted to get back into AO to play with a friend. The problem is whenever I log in, at the first loading screen (black with the green symbol), the game hangs and the music stutters after 15 seconds or so. Task manager always shows not responding. I have tried both in full...

I only have 2 games with Starforce installed (Space Rangers 1 & 2). The only problem I have had is that my WMP10 won't burn discs anymore. Small inconvienience more than anything, since I hardly ever used it anyway. YMMV.

IMHO: boring =/= worst. If that is the only criterion, then yes. When you factor story, graphics, bug issues, balance, content, and, yes, sales...there are many that are much worse. SWG comes to mind....
