Could be anything...heat fluctuation, voltage instability...could just be too much for the board to handle now.

Most of the time I see a deal on a card or cpu and think "how well will that fold?" :D

Is there a website that you can go to that will show on average the amount of ppd you can expect from different cpu's/gpu's? The info would be nice to know if I am thinking of buying something so I can get the most bang for my buck.

My main rig is gonna be down for a bit hopefully will have it back up next week. Looks like the bios got corrupted again. Ordered a new bios chip from ebay. I think I'm going to need to look for a different board. This Asus P5N32-E SLI is just too finicky.

Not at all. The pump and fan can only use 5w max due to the limitations of the usb power (5v @ .5a) THIS IS SPARTA!!!!! Sorry, couldn't resist :D It is still portable, however, yes not as practical. I have been thinking about a way of making the tubes not stick out as much...

Some of the pics didn't come out as planned, so there will be a gap or two :D I had some heat issues with a Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop with a C2D T7400 and nvidia 8600m gt. Something I always wanted to try was to liquid cool it, so I scrounged up some old parts I had lying around and went to...

As far as killing the lappy goes...heat is not an issue...I've liquid cooled my lappy (see pics below) :D However, I don't want to miss deadlines, so may just use as a cpu folder
