Damn. That is a nice build. I tried my hand back in November of 2011 to build my own case out of diamond plate and plexiglass. Needless to say, it never got finished because I lack the skills to do such work.

I use nuts and bolts for most of my fans. I usually go to Lowe's and but a package of stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers.
