I've got a machine that I need to extract an XP CD key from, but Windows is completely non-bootable. No safe mode, either. I need a way to extract the CD key using a commandline tool, if it exists. What are my options?

Is it OC locked like all of ATI's budget cards? I noticed without the Omega drivers or something similar, you can't OC the 9200SE. Oh and...Gawd status, baby.

As long as you don't fuck up the card installing it, what's the moral issue with installing non-stock cooling on a card you bought? That's like invalidating my engine's powertrain warranty because I had a bigger radiator and flex fan installed.
