I'm about to receive a decent computer from my parents (I don't remember it's entire specs, but 8800GT or GTS and like 3gb of ram are the main ones I can remember), that I put together for them about a year ago. They're moving on to using two laptops now, ends up being easier for both of them...
So, I need a new camera bag. My old one somehow got lost when I moved from my dorm to my new duplex...but my camera and lenses are all with me (I don't get it either, don't worry).
I like to hike, but only occasionally, since my university has a nice nature park.
I use an Olympus E-500...
So me and a bunch of guys in my dorm have decided that drunken N64 is quite possible the most entertaining thing ever. We're now looking for a couple games to pass the time by (and possibly another system if it's decently priced)
Games we'd like:
1. Goldeneye (almost a duh)
2. Super Smash...
I'm in the market for a new headset for my 360. In particular, one that's also headphones for the 360. I'm a college student and I'm trying to be courteous to my roommate, seeing as he goes to bed quite a bit earlier than me, and I can only get decent gaming in later at night. He said he could...
So, I've had my macbook pro for about three months and it's worked like a charm for me. The specs are 2.16ghz Core 2 Duo processor and 2gigs of ram, so it's not really a weak machine or anything.

I'm a college student (see limited budget, I'll get to it in a minute) and I'd really like to get a new and decent audio setup for my computer...
I'm looking for a laptop to run Linux on, mainly for fun but also for taking to school and just tinkering around. Good battery life is a must. Maybe in the 1200-800 price range, doesn't need to be cutting edge, just within the last two years or so. Any suggestions?
I'm sort of a n00b when...
I've recently acquired my father's old laptop, and seeing as I've basically no use for it, I figured I'd go ahead and put Linux on it for fun. The only problem is that I'm a total Linux noob :(
Mainly I'm looking for a comprehensive guide for installing and setting it up. I realize that...
How much of a performance gain does the S939 3200+ have over the S939 3000+?
Is it a considerable amount of performance gain? I'm asking because i plan on building a new rig soon and a 3000+ means i can get more periferals and what not for my comp (such as 5.1 sound) or i could go sans 5.1...
