97.02's are super super buggy, they released them in a hurry to have something for the 8800s, wait a few days and I bet a new driver will come out that will be amazing.

EVGA 8800GTX here, I've managed to go from 576/1900 stock up to 640/1950 without artifacting, memory on this card I got seems super sensitive. I can drop it back to 1900 and run the core at 650 without any problems.

Quite a few threads on Xstreme about retail 6600s hitting 3.6 on air with no vcore increase on intel and asus 975 boards. I myself have mine sitting at nice even 3ghz clock and its more than enough, I may try to touch the 400mhz fsb this weekend when i get my watercooling setup. :)

I saw the same thing with my 7900 GT when I went from stock speeds of 430/1320 i had 6900pts in 3dmark05, when I OC'd it to 550/1500 i got a 4800pt score. I found out I was being limited by my CPU, once I got it up to speed my 3dmark scores shot through the roof and blew past 8000pts. :)
