    Sorry for the double post but I don't see a way to edit mine. The commenter also says to remove two connectors: you only need to remove the right one. The left one is for the control wheel. google a guide imo.

    One of the gizmodo commenters mentions opening it up and temporarily removing the battery power. Just did it and it's working alright so far, though some other commenters also say it's temporary. So if you're really impatient, you can try that; also cleaned some pocket lint out of mine. :S

    Bluetooth isn't working in 8.10, and that's both my keyboard and mouse. ;_; I also had the I/O problems in the 8.04 version of Kubuntu (x64), so I guess that hasn't been fixed yet.
