Hmm, most likely this is a part used to validate/test cpu's after final package fabrication. Or actually used to in the final package fabrication. Take the wafer chip and assemble in final organic/metal end-user package. Older equipment for sure. Just wonder how they got away from Intel...

Antec has always made a quality case. Still rocking a P183 for 4+ years now. Antec PSU's are reliable. Have had an Antec 750w PSU in same P183 for 4+ years. That combo has gone from i5-750 to i7-860 to i7-875k to 2500k, now running a 3570k\670 gtx combo. Same P183 and Antec 750w PSU.
