I have no issues with this on my P35 board. I see my full 4GB, so just to re-iterate what everyone else already said: Something is wrong in your BIOS or on the board itself.

Really? My 8800GTS has no issues with either of those. Though I still plan to upgrade to a 4870 (x2 or not, I'm not sure yet) because of some things coming out soon that will probably bring the 8800 to it's knees at high res.

Funny, the server I just bought with two quad core Xeon's is specifically meant for that purpose...being VMWare partitioned in to smaller servers :P It's actually a really great use of the new multi-core hardware.
