Thx for all the advice I think i will wait till DFI bring there new motherboard out to see if the vdimm can go above 3 volts and then see if the BH 5 XMS 3500v 1:1 can go any higher if not then it will be time to change

Thx A m8 of mine has some OCZ 3700 Gold EB memory is that as good I might try it see if its any better than what i have if not ill need some OCZ PC4200EL to try :D

Evap - 45C Hmmmm Nice and chilly here :D I need some of advice what to do with this memory im using XMS 3500 1v1 its ok to 210 HTT @ 5,2,2,2,1T but any more it kill's over what memory would be better to go for.

Still got to do some tweaking to see what i can get out of it hopefull ill be in the 23m times soon i have been nearly but it crashed with error on the 23 test :eek: so i am hoping to still get there :D

Hi joe I was feeling the same when i had my FX 53 couldnt do a lot with it so if you get the chance FLOG IT on ebay and buy the FX 55 i have mine running at 2864mhz @ 1.5V standered cooling :D but i want more my m8 Joe has his running on a vapochill LS IM NEEDING TO GET THIS OF HIM :D...

Little update :D

The only thing i can put it down to is that the CPU Z they are using has a different code at the bottom left to the one im using i have downloaded another CPU-Z and the BRAND ID code is the same now 36.

I have noticed that when reading other CPU Z with FX 55 CPU's i see that it says BRAND ID 36 but mine says BRAND ID 9 why is mine different to the others FX 55's brand id's ???

Thx Yeah i was looking at the vapochill LS and the prometeia 2 with 507 gas which is supposed to make it run even colder cant decide what one to go for.

I have managed to hit 2.8 with a Swiftech MCX64-V heatsink and a little program called clockgen

I would of thought you would hit 30K with the speed you card at :mad: i NEED my graphics card to hit them speeds .

Im hoping when i get the mach 2 it will put me more towards 35000 but at the moment im still only on standered air cooling so i might hit 3000mhz if im lucky that should put me over 32000 3dmark2k1

TRUE I have another system upstairs which is DFI lanparty XP M 2600 HIS X800XT 2X 512 XMS 3500 Thermalright 947u ill have to give that a go but im not to sure about the DFI bios its got allot more to it than my ASUS A8V

On another forum i have seen 40K+ :eek: but it seems around 34k to 36k on that forum is average with 3Dmark01 :eek: and i cant even hit 30.000 :(
