This card was working fine, all of a sudden it can't even play any game on the HL2 engine well. Before of course this card was performing well, I can't remember changing anything and all of a sudden I can't even handle 4 people on screen in TF2 or handle more than a few zombies in Left 4 Dead...

It was working before, and then I moved to a different house. I changed my HSF to the stock intel one since I was only getting 3 ghz. My computer now isn't even stable in the BIOS. With any voltage settings or even default, it will power off within 50 seconds of power on.
