Me, but I recently upgraded to an X850XT (from a 9800 PRO 128 mb.) Needless to say this will be my last AGP card before my next computer (PCIE then).

Those motherboards would be attractive had I not purchased a premium s754 mobo. It would basically come down to if the downgrade of a mobo would be worth the upgrade of a video card. The card I would get would be the 7800GT.

Understood, but you have all jumped on the bandwagon without answering my question. My Athlon 64 is still mid-high end. I don't need to upgrade it and I don't want to go down to a sub-par socket 754 mobo. It makes no sense to sacrifice a quality mobo.
