the XT cards usually have a built in temp sensor... the pro versions don't always. my 9800PRO 128 that I've bios modded to XT doesn't have it while from what I've read most of the R360 cored 256mb Pros do... depends on the model of card from what I understand

Actually the drive is being replaced by a slot load DVD player in black. Since it's just an old 32 speed CD-ROM drive it wasn't really worth painting :) Wiring has been cleaned up some, got a new PSU but it had extra long cables so it's not a lot neater just yet. I'll take some new pics soon.

Also keep in mind tha the multiplier on the CPU is probably lcoked so unless you unlock it you won't be able to use a multiplier other than 10.5

I too have a Silent Boost on a Barton 2500+ OC'ed to 3200+ Idles at 45ish in a 30 degree room and hits 55ish under extended load. WAY quieter than my old Volcano 7+ anyhow. the rest of the fans in the case are much louder than the HSF.

Unfortunately I don't have any pics of it but my ThermalTake Volcano 7+ used to be quite cat hair / dust vaccuum. Had to go in there quite regularly (once a month or so) and clean the dust out. The new Silent Boost coolers are much better at not collecting the dust, not to mention the drastic...
