In case anyone is interested, overnight, Apple has dropped the price of referbished MBP's by $50, and the last gen 15" (hi res) powerbook by a whopping $250 (down from $1599 to $1349). The price drop on the 15" powerbook was to good to pass up, so... I just got off the phone with Apple. :)...

I have a 2.6GHz Celeron (SL6VV) cpu/hsf, and a stick of Samsung 256MB PC2100 (CL2.5) for sale. Both were pulled from a eMachine that had a failing hard drive. $40 and $15 respectively.

My imac goes in tomorrow to have its display replaced, and I was wondering, since I have a Rev B G5 iMac, and Apple updated the Rev C's (and later) with better displays that are brighter and whatnot, what are the chances I'll get one of those? :) They had to order it, so I know it's not one...
