Yeah MB bios was updated.
Soooo Here's the update, I was able to resolve the issue...
I ended up basically replacing everything including trying 2 new motherboards. Turns out, the CPU cannot handle stock clocks anymore ( it was never overclocked) and basically has become defective. The reason...
Two things strike me here.
#1 Add more ram, sounds like you could be running out of paged pool memory and windows is trying to address more than it has available.
#2 HD issue where it can't write to the disk in which case your chipset drivers are exactly the problem you were talking about...
Problem:
The system hangs while booting to any device USB/NVME at random times, spinning windows dots, after you get into WinPE and start doing something... However, if you boot from the NVME drive and make it to full-blown windows, the system is rock solid. No crashes, doing anything rock...
I agree, unfortunately, this is such a shitty problem. All I have is my server, it does have one PCI-E slot, but it's not ideal.
The good news is I have a 5900x ryzen and motherboard, this will rule out the GPU was planning to upgrade the server.
I ended up running a prime 95 and msi...
That's interesting, could be since this is such a rare CPU that most Motherboard manufactures wouldn't test it. I tried Prime 95 with for about 4 hours tonight on in-plane large FFTS maximum heat power and some ram tested option, and I ran kombustor GPU test from MSI at the same time. Came back...
Hi All,
I'm hoping someone can steer me in the right direction.
Problem: PC spontaneously restarts after running perfectly for 1.5 years. It only happens randomly restarting during gaming sessions (pubg). There has been no BSOD's, just like someone hit the restart button and the machine lost...
Here's my experience, and I don't know if it's changed at all since the launch. I bought a 5700xt at launch to replace my 1070 GTX. What I noticed was pubg was a lot smoother due to the raw power, however, there was something wrong because if I went to specific towns it would have all this...
Is it me or do you also feel let down by AMD in terms of APUs. I mean here we are a hell of a long time after ATI was taken over and the bold claims of APU’s coming to dominate and bring AMD to glory. Ryzen is only IMO almost evenly matched to intel because of price and more cores. It’s still...
The stupidity baffles me. Now they are going to need cameras, or humans to guard this to drive up the cost of supercharging. Anyone caught doing this should get a VERY hefty fine and banned from driving for 5 years mandatory.
They really should simply move away to less expensive areas, when the demands for blue-collar workers skyrocket so will the pay. Just like anything else supply and demand. Shitty thing to up root and move, but if you can't sustain you must move... Humans been doing this for thousands of years.
I agree with any review turns that are dished out with conditions are not worthy of a read. I cast a NO
The only NDA I would agree with is releasing info before it's supposed to be released.
yep aimbots are still active... So sad that these kids cheat all day long. The cheats shouldn't just ban them it should move them to cheaters only servers which all cheaters just end up playing each other without saying shit to them.
Thank god, this game is such a damn bother with cheaters. I don't care if people use the after market shit they should be banned too, play the game the way it was designed NO add-ons any modifications. If you modify you are modifying for an unfair advantage.
full on foolish changes IMO.
The nerf to Infestors is insane. I don't know how zerg will deal with carriers now. The only way before was to fungal with a parasitic bomb. While the bomb is stronger it doesn't stack so there is no point to casting more than one. I don't mind the mothership...
Fully agree with this, years ago I was trying to buy a laptop for work and that could do gaming. Considering I do a lot of VM testing I needed a powerful machine with lots of Ram. The video card would be icing but the only types of machines that had all of this was gaming machines that looked...
My 2 cents, is GOOD. My buying experience was horrible, and I've been VERY disappointed in my oculus. It sits collecting dust, and I'm going to simply sell it on Ebay now at a few hundred dollar loss. Honestly, everything interaction with oculus has left a sour taste in my mouth. Their website...
Somehow I'm almost 100% sure that ZEN will just be mediocre and won't even match skylake.
We'll see but I've been down this road before. Anything that is hyped usually sucks, anything that has no hype and is just released and best people notice and you don't need marketing. Simply because of...
Been watching and waiting to pull the trigger for a while, but this is a great price!

Was gonna wait for kaby lake, but I don't think i will now!
so glad I saw this, Tmobile just sent me a router for free and free shipping. yeah yeah... not even going to flash it because I actually need th Tmob QOS for wifi calling... I actually never probably will need it for wifi calling QOS because I have 200MB connection, going to use it as an access...
Any idea what a FET driver chip looks like? Or where to find it on the p67?
Thanks for the reply btw...
I ended up buying a rework station anyways just for shits and giggles to have for later times, but I got to say the heat gun worked pretty damn well ;)
Hey Mchalrz,
Thanks for the reply..
Let me clear up the story I have 2 p8p67's. The my the first p8p67 is a non pro which was working fine until I decided to flash the LE bios. I ordered a new bios chip from ebay, but the machine didn't boot still. I then ordered an SPI programmer, which...
Hello All,
(Skip down if you don't give a hoot about the story)
I'm by no means electrically savvy I have basic knowledge on how to use a multi meter... However here's how the story goes.
I was given two intel P3700 NVME drives as engineering samples to test and use, however I hit a snag. It...
Hi All,
Need a picture of the resistors around the mounting screw by the audio jacks in the rear pannel. I think i may have broke a resistor there with a slip of the screw driver just wanted to verify. I also need a picture of the chip and what ever is in front of the 2nd PCI 1x slot as i found...
FYI I got my p8p67 working with a PCI-E NVME SSD on a p8p67 and I am able to boot to the NVME drive using the hacked bios I made following the instructions at Win-Raid.com you can see my posted bios there as well, if you want to try it.
You bought the stuff then had to wait for it to be fixed. While you could just go out and get the competing card and have no fuss with one card doing the same as the two cards. (price/performance) as for power and noise. Not issues to me IMO unless you put the fan up to like 70-100% for OCing...
Real justice should be served, and he should be tortured, deported, and stripped of all wealth obtained while in the country.
Pieces of shit like him deserve to die slow painful deaths.
Well AMD is gonna go bankrupt, sell you're shares NOW. LOL, last good card was a 5870.... That was the last ATI card I owned, every single crossfire / SLI setup I've seen has had stutter problems.
IMO, the only problem I've had with the reviews from the years that I've been reading HardOCP was the fact that I don't give a flying F about the playable settings really. I care about the Apples to Apples only... I want to know how much better card A is better than B and weather I should...
I've been using a RatPad since they were released. I've owned 3.
I bought the original, which warped out of shape a bit, and I wore down over about 10 years of use. I bought an XT, whcih lasted 3-4 years then had some ware spots... I bought the latest ratpad at least 6-8 years ago, and it's...
