Just got one today from Microcenter. No dead/stuck pixels, colors look great out of the box, not much calibration needed except turning down the brightness. Also no visible IPS glow around the corners. bought a 2 year service plan from them in case something creeps up. April 2015 build date.

I have this EXACT problem with the OP, was playing WoW too! My PC would just lock up, then I would have to hard restart it. At that time, my 2.4 was @3.0 250fsb with the mem running 1:1 @500mhz 2.5-7-4-4. So I ran memtest thru one loop and noticed 2 errors. No biggie, applied more voltage...

hey weld, since I have the same mobo as you, I was trying to find a waterblock to cool the NB, but, there is none that would would fit it. Have you found any? Mine gets pretty hot but I have a 80mm panaflo blowing directly at it. I searched up and down the web, but got nothing... :(

ok what I don't get is why would danger den recommend going from pump>block>rad>res>pump as per there instructions if they knew(assuming that is) this wouldn't be ideal? Is there really a diff if I use my current setup or change it around to make the rad b4 the block?

jeeves, i'll prolly have to change the order as you said. Also, I've noticed using various temp monitoring programs, that my cpu temp changes erratically. For example, it says 45C for like 20 seconds, then it jumps to 55C for another 20, then 52, then goes back to 45. This happens continuosly...

well, I don't really think there would be much of a diff if it was b4 the block mainly because it IS being cooled by the rad and stored in the res then the cool water being pumped to the block. I guess you are saying that the cooled water will lose its efficiency by the time it reaches the block...

you might have mistaken me when I said BIX II, that's the name of the rad I have, not the dual ;)

My mobo is the Epox 4PDA2+ and no, I mixed the zerex with the distilled water, albeit by a bit too much. I was thinking if that would be the prob for my high temps because this would decrease the efficiency of the water? Also, what do you mean by a double sized? Are you talking about the rad...

Hey guys, I just set up my WC from DD and I think my temps are kind of awry. Firstly, on stock, my 2.4C runs idle 39-40C, around 45-47 under load. Right now, I'm overclocked at 265fsb @1.57 volts and i idle 47-49 and 55-60 load! while my case temp remains static at 32C. My WC consists of: DD...

Wrong, Nvidia released their cards first, which was the 6800 ultra, 6800GT, and the regular 6800. Reviewers received the ultra version to review. ATI then released their set of cards. LOL when I used "Detect optimal frequencies" it gave me 600/1.40!!! :D But I'm running it at 400/1.14 atm :cool:
