I have looked at the envy a few times - the only thing that really concerns me is the fact it is an HP. I work on computers for a living and have seen way too many HP machines at <1 year old with catastrophic failures and the HP warranty is about useless in trying to get them to resolve problems.
Have to agree with the XPS 13. I have an m1530 and it has been great as far as durability and longevity. The metal palm rest wears so much better then plastic.

Do you mean it bends it simply because it weighs enough to cause the card to bend slightly or you physically had to bend the PCB on the card in order for it to make proper contact with all the components on the card? I am thinking weight of full coverage waterblocks will be a problem no matter...
I found some stuff on the Evga website that said the Nvidia NAM is partly to blame and that typically turning the computer off, disconnecting the network cable, and the power cable and waiting for about 15 seconds and then restarting will fix the problem. It worked for me.
Mine is doing the exact same thing - will not grab an IP and does not function if configured via static. I never used the ntune software but have overclocked via the bios settings. Did you RMA your board or find a solution?
