I would imagine that if BFG's waterblock cracked and damaged the card, that it would be underwarranty still.

you might be able to clean the contacts with a pencil eraser, or even a q-tip and rubbing alc.

Well, I bought a Samsung 930b the same day that BF2 came out. I've played BF2 and WoW, and have noticed nothing poor about the display. I really like this LCD.

Yeah, they are going to be thin in illustrator, if that's what you're using. Once it's in illustrator, you can play with the line weights. .25 pt = .0035" .5 pt = .0069" .75 pt = .0104" 1 pt = .0139" 2 pt = .0278" 3 pt = .0417" etc.... 1 pt = 1/72 of an inch.

you need to save it as a DXF, or DWG. Also, did you use any polylines? illustrator dosen't like to import polylines.
