Yeah, so if you've got a heatsink that's only designed for an 80mm fan, you can put this adapter on it and put a 120mm on it iirc. Never tried it myself so I've no idea how effective it is.

In my Lian Li PC70, the fans appear to be made by Adda. A bit of googling turned up http://www.addausa.com/specifications/ac_fans.pdf I found mine were a bit noisy too, but I put them all at 7v last night, I'm getting the same temperatures but it's a lot quieter.

Never used AA or AF, my Ti4200 really just isn't up to it. I'll tinker with it when I upgrade my graphics card though.

Pretty much, I think OCing reduces the lifespan from 30 years to 15 or 10, but there's no way you'll still be using that CPU in ten years anyway.

Around 2v is the point where you can cause damage to your CPU, I would take the voltage down a few notches, that should help reduce the temperature as well.

I've got an Asus A7N8X Deluxe board running at 380mhz fsb, and I think I'm limited from going any further by my PC2700 ram. If you've got PC3200 ram however, you should have no problems at 400mhz fsb and higher.

I'm using an A7N8X Deluxe mobo with a 2500+ Barton running at 2.2ghz. MBM gives me 2 readouts for my CPU, the CPU Diode (25^C) and CPU Socket (45^C). I've always taken the CPU Socket readout as the proper one, I think it will be the same with your board.
