Looks like I'm in for two. Sidewinder computer has a pic of the Heatkiller GTX 680 LT block mounted on the Windforce GTX 670. Thx for the heads up Drklu. Now to figure out what fittings I'm going to need.
Will this one work on the Gigabyte Windforce 670? If so I'm in for two.

Yeah for FPS games it's great. It also has a green light in the lower right hand corner that is on so you know when you're using lightboost. I use my ISP monitor for everything else though.
I have a used Gigabyte GTX 670 Windforce OC for sale. The card is in like new condition, never overclocked and has 31 months of the manufacturer warranty left. Gigabyte uses the serial number for warranty coverage and that is why I blacked it out on the picture. Included with the card port...
Here is mine Arc Midi 2. I also made a mounting plate for the front of my arc midi 2, so I did not have to fumble around with the front bezel when I need to remove the radiator. I will give it a fresh coat of paint once I receive my GTX 680 Heatkiller water block.
Hello Tsumi,
After reviewing the Alphacool UT60 and Black Ice SR-1 radiators you posted. I kind of want to scrap the stock H220 radiator and only use the pump from the H220 set-up. With a 280 radiator do I need to set my fans up in a push/pull or will pull work just fine? Also can I use that...
Good Morning Cruiza,
My goals are to cool my motherboard and CPU. I have the new Arc Midi 2 and will be removing all the HDD cages, so I do not believe the thickness of the radiator will come into play. I also plan on running my fans at the lowest speed to keep things nice and quite. I am not a...
Still would like some advice on what 240 radiator I can pair with my Swiftech H220, in front of my Arc Midi 2 case and 2x Noctua NF-F12 fans in pull config.
Ty
Hey All,
I'm looking at water cooling my gear and had a few questions. I just ordered the Swiftech H220 and Fractal Design Arc Midi 2. I also ordered 5x Noctua NF-F12 fans to replace all the fans in the case and on the H220. I also picked up some PrimoFlex Advanced LRT 3/8in. x 5/8in. Tubing...
Well I just went out last week and bought a 3570K. I wish I would've read through this post again before I bought it cause I probably would've bought the 3770K instead for the HT. O..well. I have lapped my 3570K and waiting for spring break to do the delid mod. This 1604 bios is buggy as heck on...
I maybe in my late 30's but I do have a LAN party this week in the Twin Cities  We usually have one or two LAN parties a year. I hosted one at my house just last month with three other people for some BF3 action. You do have a good point though for the other 360 days out of the year. But...

My current Lian Li case fully loaded weights in at 26.6 lbs. If they made it in aluminum for 2-3 bills I'd be lookin' for the "Add to Cart" button.
Lol, my buddies tell me that same thing when I keep putting new mods on my 07 Yamaha R6. They tell me to ride the dang thing instead of working on it all the time when its nice out.
I did do my research since my 670's should have no probs hitting 680 speeds since they are built on a 680 PCB. As far as money goes some of the statement is true for sure. I do know the last couple hours I spent playing BF3 tonight I was called a hacker on several occasions. I went from a 2.5 KD...
Nope. Every review I have ever seen when testing video cards they think 60 FPS is fine. Then they will bump up the res to 2560x1600 then move on to multi monitor set ups. None of the reviews seem to think about anything above 60 FPS when it comes to people that use 120hz monitors for FPS games.
I didn't say all games, just BF3. Like my last statement said I made this post so no one else drops 17 bills to try and run there BenQ at a steady 120 FPS in BF3. If you are current w/ the BenQ/Asus monitors at all, mdrejhon recommends that you stay above 120 FPS to take full advantage of motion...
So I went out and dropped a bunch of dough to run BF3. The gear I bought is
Asus Maximus V Formula, BIOS 1604
Samsung 840 Pro 256GB SSD
2x Gigabyte GV-N670OC-2GD GTX 670 2GB SLI
BenQ 24" XL2420T
I overclocked my 2500K to 4.5G and lapped it to help keep temps down. I have not...
After looking at the pictures of the Mountain Mods Monticle 18. I have come to the conclusion that the case is dated. I do not see any predrilled holes for mounting SSD's. They offer a top 3x 120mm fan panel but what good is that if one hole looks like it will be covered up by the PSU. The only...
I think you are correct there Deadlift. I think I maybe sold on the Mountain Mods Monticle 18. Being that I am picky I am going to have to sleep on it a night or two. I will definitely be giving them a call about there product tomorrow.

I am not sure yet Mannyman. I am looking at the Lian Li PC-V700X but where the PSU is mounted has me a little worried. The PSU looks like it will exhaust the warm air out the front of the case just to be sucked right back in by the front 140mm intake fan. I do know I have a current budget of...
After using this set up for a year now. I will be going back to a computer case. I just cannot keep it cool and quiet while playing BF3. So I went ahead and bought some new gear and now in the market for a new case. I also missed out on two BF3 LAN parties cause of this mod w/ a 3rd coming up...
Ty guys. I'm sorry I didn't post back sooner. I ended up just running to Micro Center and buying a cheap card and tossed the 7800GT in the garbage ;)
Ty again
I have been thinking about possibly the Lian Li PC-V700X. My concern w/ that one is the PSU blowing the hot air out of the case just to be sucked right back in by the fan just above it. Other then the one single front 140mm fan would this case meet my needs?
My budget is about $400.
Ty for...
Hey All,
I've been in the market for a new case for the last three months. I've looked at tons of pictures and read many reviews. I still cannot find that perfect case that meets my needs. I finally decided to ask for other peoples input.
Here is what I need out of my next case
all aluminum...
Hey All,
Can I temporarily run my old BFG 7800GT PCI x16 in my Asus P8P67? I believe it is backwards compatible but I just want to make sure before I fire it up.

Hey All,
I just picked up a new U2410 and it has just a little bit of pillaring on the right hand side of the monitor. I only notice it when I have a all black screen, other then that the monitor is flawless.
My question is will the pillaring get worse over time? If it doesn't get any...
After playing around w/ my current set up, it looks like my negative air pressure cooling is going to work out. My temps on the CPU and 5850 in CF are the same w/ or w/ out the plexiglass in front of the case :D Thx for the ideas on cooling guys now I just need to tidy up a few things and I'm...
Well I soldered a jumper from the positive on the power switch LED to the reset switch LED and the LED on the reset switch was still blinking every time the SSD was active. Then I took the negative wire off the reset switch and moved it over to the negative on the speaker header and everything...
I think I have my cooling situation all ironed out now. I ended up going with one 120mm mounted in the top shelf above the video cards to exhaust hot air out. I also put another 120mm fan in front of the video cards to help exhaust hot air out. I had a old Thermalright HR-03 GT with a 92mm fan...
Well I went to hook up CF on my brothers computer and his P8P67 only supports PCIe x4 mode. After I seen that I told him to send his second card back and wait for the 7xxx cards to be released.
