New Update for those who care: I took my motherboard into the MSI dealership to have it shipped and repaird / replaced and they tested it before they were going to ship it and somehow those guys at MSI got it working. My CPU is still dead but i saw my motherboard post on their CPU.

No physical damage whatsoever to either, no burnt or bent pins, it looks brand new. nice and shiny still. I keep hoping i'd pop it into a new mobo and it'd fire up. But it doesn't look like that'll happen :(
