Nvidia Vanta LT <- integrated, but my first PC to game on.
GeForce 2 MX420
Geforce FX 5700 Ultra
7900GS? - I remember I had the last AGP card or so by Nvidia - I think this was it
Geforce 9600GSO
Geforce 1060 3GB
Radeon 5700Xt - returned within a week
GeForce 2070 super
GeForce 3070
Radeon 7900XT
I don't think they really nerfed it on all missions.
The kill bugs mission is brutal now. They pumped the number up to 425 and bugs spawn immediately. No more turret builds to get an easy XP.
My buddies and I realized using all orbitals and strikes on that mission is the way to go.
It's more...
Just an update. Yes - switched cables and switched ports on the gpu - same thing.
I rolled back to 23.1.2 for now and everything is working as intended.
On a more positive note - it's nice to see my board drawing only around 40 watts when idling/browsing the web. Glad they fixed that.
Thanks...
A buddy of mine just bought one, inbound this week - he's coming from a 2070 super. Had no intention of spending more than $550. Should be a solid upgrade for those on a 2xxx series.
I usually am one to preorder these type of games, but I think I'll see how reaction is at first. Moreso looking for performance base right out the gate that is.
Man oh man - I jumped in last night to see how the "balance fixes" were and boy did the game become more difficult. Railgun is now absolute shit imho. Breaker's ammo clip getting cut makes it no longer a go to weapon either.
Seems like spawns are more potent too. Mech's I believe are now...
Considering AMD is apparently pulling out of the high end GPU tier, Nvidia can now charge whatever the hell they want. $2,500 seems low with how steep they can probably go.
A wealth of new armor and weapons coming on the 14th!

I'm not sure if anyone's had similar issues - but since 24.1.1 came out a month or two ago, adrenlin has been acting very strange.
First issue - as soon as I cold boot into windows, my monitor shows this image of gray and blue lines for about 2 seconds before the windows login screen.
Second...

New patch nerfs the breaker, Railgun and shield :(
Also adds hazardous environmental events such as fire tornados and meteor showers.
It's got maybe 35 to 40 hours of legitimate content before stuff gets dry and you're really not progressing any further. Sure, there's ship modules that you farm resources to unlock them all, but you don't need them all. I hit lvl 40 and I've already uninstalled. Needs more content to unlock...
Automaton Extraction mission on Helldive difficulty is utterly broken.
We absolutely smack every other mission at this point but this one is impossible.
It's supposed to be a 40 minute mission but for some reason it's condensed to just 14 minutes and I believe all available bots in that 40...
Got home from work yesterday, I popped on to get a couple rounds in. Ended up waiting 90 minutes in the queue. Saw a buddy of mine playing without issue. Immediately closed game and joined him, got in instantly. wtff
I don't believe there's an actual ending. Just that you continuously take on new missions and unlock the remaining perks(ship modules). Which will take a lot more time.
The journey of getting to the highest level and beating whatever mission comes your way is where the meat and potatoes are in...
My three friends and I stuck it out through all the queues and crashes and beat Helldive mode against both factions last night.
Level 28, 29, 30 and 31.
I'm actually surprised we were able to beat it all. Not more than three or four days ago we laughed at the idea of going to the highest...
Game still rising on peak players - Hit 276k on steam alone.
and yay! Another queue method....adding a "Servers at capacity" message + plus the retry timer. Nice!
I highly recommend to keep trying. As above mentioned, the squad you join is everything in this game. Not every player is a toxic ass. If you create a squad, just be upfront about it "Hey I'm new, squads were locked and wanted to play so I joined as a SL, tips please?" and go from there. Hell...
Patch is annoying AF.
They added a queue timer when trying to connect to the game. Removing the ability to spam connect/try again.
I get it - removes overloading the servers, but that's a slap in our face as I can't even join with this rinse and repeat timer.
Tonight has been MUCH better with servers. Joining quick matches are still rough. SOS never works for my two buddies and I - but so far we're loving it.
Interesting - A buddy of mine playing on his 2070super is running the game just fine at 1440p - medium ish settings and is getting anywhere from 60 to 70 frames.
He's also running on an i5 9600k too
I had to turn my settings to low on my 7900xt as I was getting MAD crashing with a buddy of mine. I would join back in after crashing and as the pod was about to hit the ground, I would crash again, joined again and then crashed again...rinse and repeat.
Devs advised 7*** series GPU users to...
