Just got the case...the only annoyance I have is the extremely bright LEDs at night. Is there a way to change them or lower the brightness?

I'm looking for a document scanner which can do duplex scanning. I have a load of papers which I want to scan and keep as a backup in soft copy. Does anyone have any recommendations? Budget around 450USD or less. TIA

Cost aside, I dislike inkjet printers as the ink can easily smudge. I mainly deal with documents so I prefer using laserjet.

Ran Memtest no probs. Tried to use Win XP CD repair function. However, it asks me for an admin password (which I don't have nor did I set one in the first place). I pressed enter but it goes back to C:\Windows :confused:

The slave drive is removed. C drive is running but takes forever to load windows but eventually will get there. I don't hear the clicking sound anymore. Will do a memtest and report back.

I disconnected the slave drive and got C drive to run properly. However its taking a lot longer to load windows than usual. I ran CC cleaner, pressed "analyze" not "clean" and suddenly get the blue screen of death again but this time a different message: Dumping physical memory to disk...

How do I run the results on WDDiag when the hard disk fails to work properly? I have another empty HDD running as slave but the main drive would start clicking once the computer powers on. I don't know whether I can do a full backup.

Don't think thats the problem as Safe mode with networking works. I tried nevertheless.

Unplugged both DVDRWs... Disconnected the soundcard, floppy drive and firewire. Changed graphics card, updated new drivers. The damn thing still freezes during windows startup. I guess that rules out any hardware issues.

Tried booting into VGA mode, doesn't solve the problem. Also tried uninstalling the video drivers. Seems I'm running out of options...only safe mode works.
