Looking to sell the following items:
Asus Zenfone AR 8GB/128GB (ZS571KL-S821-8G128G-BK) GSM Phone
This is the unlocked/international version but has a full US warranty. PLEASE verify that this phone will work with your carrier before buying. It will not work on CDMA networks like...
Here's my first build, tried to fit a beefy setup into a Corsair C70. I think it came out pretty well, had to get creative in some places to get everything mounted though ;)
More pics/details are in the album: C70 Under Water
Raja,
I picked up an Asus Maximus VIII Hero Z170 motherboard today. I'm very happy with the purchase, but apparently Asus decided to go with a 14-1 pin TPM header on the motherboard, rendering all current modules (including the current Asus one) incompatible.
Are there any plans to...
I think that the biggest problem right now is the software and interface development. We have the hardware for the visual aspect down (oculus, vive) but there is a lot more that needs to be figured out before it can become commonplace. Even if the headsets were released today there would only...
What time was it delivered? I had a package marked as "delivered" but it never showed up, turns out the driver was marking them when he loaded them onto the truck in the morning instead of at each delivery like he was supposed to. Decided it wasn't worth my time to pursue, but I don't use them...
I agree that the internet is similar to the invention of the printing press, in that it greatly accelerated the ability of people to share and obtain information. The "smart vs dumb" argument doesn't make much sense though. People can definitely become smarter by absorbing information, however...
Don't buy from eBay if you want any sort of warranty support on your card. If you're buying new, it's worth waiting for a sale from an official source.
So I heard back from support earlier today, it seems that they are still willing to move alpha access for this sale, but I would ask ahead of time just to be sure:
So I now have a 350r... I'm done spending money on this game now. Probably. :D
I'm extremely tempted to upgrade my 315p to a 350r. Does anyone know if the upgrade packages come with the 2-year insurance?
EDIT: Anyone think they would let me melt my current package and pick up the 350r anniversary package instead and somehow keep alpha access?
The weapons in the demo looked like laser/energy weapons to me, which would mean there would be little or no recoil. They do seem to use magazines though which is kind of counter-intuitive.
Thanks for the info, I'll probably wait for it to go back on sale. The only thing I'd like to know is how much was it to upgrade? I don't want to spend a whole lot of money on this game before release, but I'd be willing to upgrade my 315p (got it in the alpha/beta package so I can only...
Selling this because I'd rather have a Moto 360 at this point and figured I'd see if there was any interest here. I opened the box to update the firmware and the watch is functional, but it's hardly in what I would call a usable state. I believe that most of the issues are software related and...
Needed the extra battery life for this upcoming semester, and decided to pick up a SP2 rather than a power cover. The tablet is in excellent condition, no scratches at all on the screen or on the sides, although there is one hairline scratch on the back. Purchased at the end of January '14 so...
While this is true, there is a loophole where if you own the physical media the game comes on then you are able to transfer the license, which is how people are allowed to sell used console games and music CD's.
Our internet infrastructure has advanced to the point where content providers can...
Why not just try it with the on-board video, and pick up a dedicated card if it doesn't work?
I can't imagine you would need anything more for streaming though.
I can only imagine how hot it gets... that is a lot of energy to disperse.
Also, NASA apparently did something similar a few years ago, but not at quite that level of absorption.
IMO there is little difference between 96hz and 120hz for gameplay. My 1440p setup is capable of 120hz but I usually leave it at 96 to give my video card some breathing room.
Also, to me a higher refresh rate causes much less strain on my eyes but I would hardly say it gives an outright...
