Very well written!. :) I so miss my 300a...lol. I think that was the most fun I ever had oc'ing. Trust me it was fun getting a prometeia, but back in the day when H2o was still new...the Celeron was fun as hell! Sad so many people will never exp the excitement of things like that.

If games (WoW) are not played in window mode they(it) looks like shit. The screen looks almost blurry...just not goot. Once I select window mode the game looks crisp and sharp. My daughter plays Sims3 on this lappy and it always looks great. I do not mind playing in window mode, I just don't get...

Checked the cables, all is fine. It shows up in bios. No weird noises at all. :(

I ran HijackThis and there were some entries for IE start pages that were odd. I deleted them and now I can get on with IE. WeIrD!

No, it is not showing up in task manager. I already tried to restore from previous date, no dice. Recovery needs the disk doesn't it? Is at work so that will have to wait until tomorrow for that one. .

Will do. Another odd thing is I can not even delete my IE folder. There is not option to uninstall it, so I just went to delete folder...no dice. It says it is being used.

I ran the program and 2 items popped up. 1 said it did cause probs with IE. I am still having the same problem after removing them. IE just pulls up the window wanting you to send the error report and same basic thing with FireFox. This is really confusing...ugh :confused: and my wife needs to...

I cant pull up the browser to try any of those things dr.stevil. I will try the Limewire option. I did run a scan with AVP, it pulled up nothing. Will try the malwareBytes. Thanks for the help guys.

I can get on line with WoW and wife's work programs, but Firefox and IE will not connect. I can't even pull up the browsers, I get errors This is on an XP machine. I have tried to reinstall with cd.s burnt from other rigs, that does not help. I am lost. TIA!!! =)

Hehe...reminds me of the good old days of oc'ing my celery. That was one the biggest problem when oc'ing them (pushing the pci). Many O' people (including myself) lost drives and cards would get all wacked out.
