This was how I had it connected with my other computer setup. My older setup had an ATI video card. Connected to the tv the exact same way and I never encountered this problem.
The tv is set to it's native resolution 1920x1080. When I play a video, the resolution changes and when I close the video, it goes back to it's native resolution. (1920x1080)
No, I'm not switching to full screen. It changes when I press play and my desktop edges and taskbar are not within the frame of the screen. And when I do full screen the video, the edges of the video are cut off.
I can't figure how to fix this problem. I have my computer hooked up to my sony tv and the resolution is set correctly, but whenever I play a video the resolution changes. My taskbar and the edges of the video are outside of the screen. When I close the video, the resolution goes back to normal...
I've been looking into these fans also. From the reviews, they seem to be very quiet and produce a good of air compared to most quiet fans.
Thinking about picking up four of them, but not sure if it's worth the extra $6 per 140mm over the 120mm.
Nuts? What we're doing now isn't nuts? Fed printing unlimited amounts of money. It's much worse than when we had something backing up our dollar. All he wants is something to back up our dollar.
Hmm I really want to pick this up but waiting for Newegg to carry it so I can use my voucher.
From what Paragon is saying, it looks like I might have problems with the fan hitting my memory. I'm using some Corsair Vengeance ram with the extended spreaders.
Actually I can just change it on the spot through playback devices. Just tested it out right now and it works just fine.
Thanks for the suggestions and help though.
My ATI 4850 went out on me recently so I'm using an Nvidia 260 video card. With the Ati card, I had sound going through my hdmi cable just fine, but with the Nvidia card, I'm not getting any sound. I know that I'm suppose to connect a 2 pin connector from my Sound Blaster card to my video card...
