Update to my earlier post: I was completely at fault, I had some bent pins, pins fixed board is running great. Currently @ 21x191 = 4.01Ghz 1.248 vcore, still trying to get it 100% stable. I was previously running at 3.8Ghz @ 1.20 vcore completely stable.

It's back in stock as of today, just placed my order. Warranty I think the ASUS is 3 years, EVGA lifetime. EVGA support is better. I don't plan on keeping the board 3+ years and wanted usb 3.0 + 6GB SATA so I went with the ASUS.
