My xp2700+ won't run stable at 166x13 because the amd fan/heatsink aren't enough to keep it cool I believe. I can only run my pc stable on heavy load at 164x13 and even then I'm hitting 48°-50°C. I'm pretty sure it's just overheating. I do plan to overclock a little, maybe just to get to 2.2ghz...
