Yeah it works fine if I lower my OC a bit, but it's just wierd that everything else at 3.0ghz runs fine including other memory stressing apps and benchmarks. I guess I could do some memtest, forgot all about that. :)

Uhm, why would you turn off thermal throttling? You should be leaving that on. That is a protective feature. If you can't keep your cpu cool enough to operate at its regular speeds then you have other problems.

Well shortly after my last reply I went back to try the coolbits reg OC deal to see what was going on and its not being gay anymore and it is letting me set the clock. I am currently at 418mhz core and the stock 1ghz memory. I am still pushing it though, I will post what I peak at later.
