I'm confused as to the Dell 3008WFP and the 3090 having the same LG panel......
From what I understand and have read, people were less than enthusiastic about the 3008WFP but the expectations of the NEC are for it to be color-accurate with excellent grayscale rendition and shadow details...
I run a triple monitor setup myself using eSignal for a lot of the day.
However, you are wasting your money. BIG TIME. For stock market analysis, 30" is the way to go, but these monitors?? For business, all you need is crisp text and a bright display and you're fine.
You should pick up...
I'm building a load-balancing router for my cable and DSL connection. I'll be using pfSense.
I want to build the system using a mATX motherboard and C2D. It needs:
-Built-in graphics
-Gigabit NIC or enough expansion slots for 3 GIG NICs
-Full compatibility with pfSense (freeBSD)
I...
I feel like a total retard for asking this, but can I put this Card (Netgear GA311) into a PCI-X slot? I don't have any free PCI slots and need another NIC. Thanks!

The faster the answer, the better! :)
I have that Sirius receiver and it does let you pause, rewind, and save anything you want. Even organizes it all for you since the information is embedded into the music. It's kinda awesome. Except I never listen to Sirius except for Patriots games.
So this girl I'm dating calls me up. She always wants to see me but I'm frequently busy or tired and don't want to bother. So, I'm not that inclined to come over, but she says she bought a cupcake from this local cupcake store (seriously....they are amazing: http://www.gigiscupcakesusa.com/)...
Updated with pictures. They do not illustrate how it will be packaged when sent (lots more padding) nor everything that will be included. Just meant to show off the hardware.
You don't like one of the most highly reviewed memory's on the market?

So yes, it is the red heatspreaders. You're essentially getting the RAM for free though at this price.
The CPU IS G0 stepping (according to Amazon where I purchased it December 2007.....I do not have the box and it is not installed so I cannot make 100% certain).
I am located in Nashville, TN and would be more than happy to meet and deliver it.

I have the core of my old setup that I'd like to sell to a good home! It's an eVGA 680i mobo (only 4 months old....was the result of an RMA), an Intel Q6600 with installed stock Intel Cooler, and 2GB of G.Skill 800MHz DDR2 RAM.
I'll take $300 for the whole setup which...
The NEC 30" is definitely my next upgrade.....the Dell is fine but even calibrated kinda sucks for photo editing.
Then probably a 9800GX2 so I can play UT3 and such without worrying about it. I miss my SLI :(
When I let the stock CPU fan speed stay at 100%, this thing sounded like a jet engine. Very loud and distracting, especially considering it's in my living room. However, I turned down the CPU fan and now it's pretty much the same as every gaming PC I've had before.....there's noise, but...
I went with the Tyan because it is Vista x64 certified.....all the drivers work GREAT. In fact, the RAID drivers for both RAID controllers were already installed on the Vista DVD. Makes everything really easy.
Be warned....the HD setup is a little odd though. You have to disable the...
Not quite: Lian Li PC-V2000 PLUS II (full tower not a mid tower)

The Tyan doesn't support SLI though. I had to sell one of my 8800 GTXs :(
The Tyan is fantastic, but it's 100% a workstation board. Can't overclock for example. If you are making a gaming system, go with the D5400. If you are photo/video editing, get the Tyan.
I have a Dell 3007WFP that is just driving me insane......I have tried so many times to calibrate it without any kind of success. I can't wait for these things to be available.
Various resellers with lowest prices. I bought them over the course of a few weeks.
Thanks! I'm just happy to have something speedy and stable. My 680i was eating RAID arrays for breakfast.
Well, I just finished up compiling the benchmarks for my Dual E5420 workstation. God what a BEAST! :D
I parted out my previous system which had a Q6600 in order to create this system so I had the opportunity to fully benchmark my Q6600 beforehand as well.
Full specs of both systems...
I have gotten several offers if I were to ship the card first, but I am unwilling to do so. I cannot understand how people would even request that! It's just not the way that business is done in this world.
The card is still available at this extremely cheap price to anyone who will pay...
Just responded to your PM.....
I do NOT have the original box
I DO have all of the accessories (component out cable, DVI->VGA converter
I am NOT willing to ship it first but I will give a 10 day 100% refund guarantee
So I have about $350 left in my budget for the workstation. Here's the details:
Tyan S5396
1x Xeon E5420
4GB (2x2GB) Kingston RAM
4x Seagate 500GB
2x WD 74 GB Raptor
8800 GTX
etc.
So there's 3 things I could spend the remainder of this money on:
-2nd Xeon Processor (add more...
