I've been seriously thinking about this, i've heard that pure mineral oil is an alternative from the expensive fluorinert liquid. I havent see much about submersion cooling on here, so.. help me out, stop me if this is a bad idea.
Id also go with the A64 3000+ maybe the asus k8v, Id go with a gig of ram... and a 6800gt,
a WD 80 gig, a case of your choice and maybe a antec tru 480 or somethin
Not really..., every computer I build I either use enermax or antec personally.
in this system im usin an enermax 460 and its gr8
id reccomend either of these
I dont even keep the sidepanel on my case on anymore. im always in there doing something or other... whether its cleaning up the wires etc. i dont really mind the noise from my tornado either. the only time im scared is when i reboot after a huge oc whether it will work or not
IMHO I think thats a tad bit unneccesary--what do you do for a living?!?
6 computers?, what do you use all of those for?
But hey... I guess if you have the time, and the money (which I see you do) go for it ;)
when you dodge to school and at the end of the day scream "GG n3wB!!!111!!!" to the teacher
when you go to the movie theatre and forget about the movie thinking how kick ass it would be hooking ur rig up to the huge screen
when your gaming and cant see darkspots due to sunglare so you...
So i was thinking on building my first athlon system...an athlon 64.
Now.. I was taking a look at socket939 mobos on the egg.
can anyone give me some feedback on this one ?
Ive read somewhere that plugging your monitor into a surge protector can cause this and other problems, (as it did with mine) so it said to plug into a wall outlet and it should be fixed... it worked for me
Yes... the truth does hurt :o
on a serious note, i must give the guy some credit for he is being somewhat insainely creative ... but it would be more useful on a hill of snow
