So I'm looking at buying a used Sapphire ATI Radeon HD2600XT 512MB GDDR3 AGP. I'm buying this under the assumption that it will play back HD content fine on my aging 2.8 P4. Also, what sort of power supply do I need to get this bad boy going? I will have 5 hard drives installed.

ah nvm. I noticed that there was another router on chan 11, so I switched to 1 in case of interference. Apparently thats why it wasn't connecting at 54mb
