Lol, the 7950 is reversible and was a trade off I was willing to make for the lower vddc. The 5870 not so sure, the card works great through dvi or like I mentioned displayport -> hdmi!

Oh ya just to add, The system was running fine on a 750w PSU, but i needed another psu for another system and decided to put the 850w in the place of the 750w (since the other system isn't as powerful) and move the 750w to the new system.

Ya I'm asking him if there was any warranty left on it. It worked great without any signs of any issues and was running when it just popped. I'm just not sure where I stand in this, what would be fair of me or the seller etc.
