I have most of the parts to build a WC loop except for the pump and res. I sort of gave up the other day and bought an H100 because I didn't want to wait to build my rig, but am now regretting the decision. Would like to see if anyone out there would be interested in trading a quality dual bay...
Looking for an i5 (would obviously consider i7 for the right price, but would prefer 2011) motherboard and 8/16GB RAM. Would also be interested in a WC res/pump or Bigwater, something of that sort.
Also, mobo needs to have a PCI slot and would definitely prefer a higher end/gaming mobo.

I'm thinking ideally a 2500k and 8 gigs of DDR3. Somewhat flexible on the motherboard but would like SATA 6gb/s support. Would mostly just like to get to a socket that isn't dead but 1366 stuff etc will not be ignored for a great deal. I've accepted that doing anything with my existing 775 stuff...

Antec 300 Illusion Case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129066
Brand new. I've pulled it out of the box, realized it wasn't going to work and put it back. 45 dollars shipped. Perfectly willing to send detailed/close up pictures to prove good condition. Would...
Hey sorry... Power surge seems to have knocked out my psu or something on my main rig... The box this is going in is being shipped ground from CA so I won't have it together for a couple more days.... When I do ill let you know. Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about you.
I'm being offered a pretty good trade for my current system by a friend, so I'm looking to buy another one.
What I'm looking for:
Phenom II x4 or intel equivalent
SSD (at least 60GB, would prefer 80)
8gb
HD5850/GTX470
case/psu/air cooling
...or better.
not absolutely necessary but may still...
Read everyone's pms.. I'll give this a couple more days and make a decision. Thanks everyone for offers.
edit: and I don't mean to be rude by not responding immediately to PMs... I am thoroughly researching every offer I get
pms checked bump.. haven't found quite what I'm looking for yet... would also take a soundcard if anyone has one as well. Again, trying to keep this all together to minimize confusion and shipping.
guess I should have been a bit more specific. I'm on a 3800x2 right now... 939 isn't out of the question but not my first choice by any means. Looking more for AM3/LGA 775/AM2 but obviously won't rule out LGA 1156/1366. I'd probably be willing to spend up to $400, but that would have to be a...
Looking to upgrade to something thats not 6 years old. I'm not picky on brand or anything, I just want to have something I can play BF:BC2 on. Want to get everything from one person so I know it works together and save myself the trouble of shopping - I'll pick the best deal I get offered.
would you consider an entire mobo/ram/chip swap? I have a 3800x2 with 2 gigs of corsair on an a8n-sli... a big step down, I know, but I would obviously be willing to be fair with the cash part as well.
Looking for something with good bang for buck... was planning on a 3800x2. If you have something that still performs on DDR400 that would be awesome. Micro/Mini ATX is also a bonus, but not a necessity. Looking to spend in the neighborhood of 200 bucks.
I have an NEC FE991SB, and I abso-frickin-lutely love it.
I've had it for a year now, and it needs a little help. First off, its a little dirty, and I've been hesitant to clean it with anything but a dry tissue in fear of damaging the anti-glare coating. What will not damage the monitor...
doh. You guys are all totally missing the point. Tracert doesnt work, I know on a decent level what I'm doing. I need to know when a packet is sent to my network from an external IP on a SPECIFIC port, where the router is sending that packet VIA NAT. I can tracert my external IP all I want, but...
Anyone know of any programs that will trace the path of packets after they are routed with NAT? I would like to be able to check if port forwarding is working
Make sure any router you buy is AT LEAST capable of 128 bit WEP and MAC restriction. If youre really paranoid, some routers support different types of encryption that cant be cracked with some time and perl scripts *cough* WEP *cough*
