uh... no
they use the 1.5 as the BASE on the laptops, remember these laptops always start with bad specs. and they are ALL core2duo on the new laptops(except the amd ones)
get your facts straight before spouting out crap
I have searched and could only find this at the AR price of $7. It is now free AR. I picked up one, kinda funky looking though

read the fine print, they add "shipping costs" to your item for those things, from 1 pound for a drive cover, to .5 pounds for an aol CD, to 6lbs for the power supply to 19lbs for the case
you wont be able to find an inexperienced cashier for the pricematching, cause usually if the cashier is inexperienced they will ask thier lead(head cashier) and then it will go to the manager, this happened several times at the one i work at, with all three different leads doing the same thing...
I work for compusa also
1. they do not close between the old circular and the midnight madness ad anymore(they used to close for an hour to update the registers, making them inoperable.. which was fun as a cashier.. got paid to do nothing:))
2. The items are not moved out at a special time...

I just ordered an Ins XPS 2 today, (42% off... gotta love EPP+bonus 33% coupon)
I am gonna be using it for college, so i need some sort of theft deterrent.. i am planning on...
Well, I have my whole home networked with a G network. The computer in question is my main computer, one in which i use all the time, and have installed multiple tweaks and hacks on. So it is VERY possible one of the tweaks disabled something i need.
For awhile now i have not been able to...
lol, that crap restocking fee does not exist anymore, its now a 21-day return policy with no restocking fee.... but there was a reason for that restocking fee that i have since learnt from working in retail
we actually do mail back ALL opened items. The restocking fee covers our mailing costs
heh.... no, thats wrong:)
yes, we honor the ads(little tidbit, if something rings up wrong at our registers, and a sign thats out, with a matching sku/product code says a cheaper price, we have to lower the price)
however the warrenty info you said is wrong.... you will get an item of equal...
i work at a compusa in nj and the staff at my store is surprisingly knowledgeable
there is a very small percentage of the staff that does not know anything about computers, although sadly some of that is the managers aswell. Since i started there a couple months ago i have really not seen...
shush.... i just came home from helping with nhs at 8th grade orientation... im tired and dont feel like double-checking my posts for spelling errors or typos
extended protection plan (those things we push because we make commission on them).... the things that cover basically everything a stupid idiot user can do, except we still make money on them ebcause people are stupid and never claim the warenty
they have candy at the front end by the registers, its items like milky way bars, peanut m&ms, starburst, gum(trident i believe), chapstick(which isnt candy, advil(which isnt candy), bawls mints, twix, and some others im forgetting
i highly doubt a manager will let it slide though, i know...
is sit just me, or is the websites ordering system not working? ive tried a few times and everytime after i place the order it askes me for the CC security code, then dumps me back at my cart without placing the order
