    Destiny 2 “Last Call” Teaser

Was there something about people who play/played Destiny getting in-game rewards in Destiny 2? Like what happened with Guild Wars to Guild Wars 2? May pick up the super bundle. And sign up for PS plus.

Fallout 4 Patches Will Release On PC First

The only game breaking bug I have run into so far is when all ranged attacks, both mine and NPCs, stopping hitting though melee attacks worked fine. I first noticed it when trying to hit some flying insect and missed about five 95% shots in VATS and also missed using free aim. Dog killed it so...

That thing has to weigh around 20 to 30 pounds fully loaded. Many of these future/next-gen soldier programs also want to have soldiers haul around all sorts of extra sensors/communications/computer gear with their batteries and even recharging systems (solar cells). Watch out you don't make...

I think we have to start calling these things mini tablets instead of phone. I will never understand why people need phones that are so large you have to have a purse of special holder to carry the things around. I have a Nokia Lumina 520 with a four inch screen and that was the smallest I...

The Double-Barreled Shotgun In Video Games

They should have mentioned that... 1. Buckshot is mostly used for hitting small and/or fasting moving targets. Birds, small mammals, and other small game mostly. one or two pellets could kill these animals but you need the spread to be able to hit them. 2. Firing both barrels at once could...

Game of Thrones Premiere Crashes HBO Servers

Because the DVD/Blu-Ray won't be out for another year, usually a month before the next season premiers, and I would rather not have the season spoiled for me. Later on in the year people will go "the season ended five months ago so its okay to post untagged spoilers right? Right." It would...

    HealthCare.gov Cracked In 4 Minutes

How is this surprising when it takes us 20 years to get a fighter jet into service even after dumbing down the requirements several times? To the point where they are out performed by the planes they are supposed to be replacing at more than twice the cost. Though don't worry I'm sure just a...

World of Warcraft Movie to Begin Filming

Unfortunately Warcraft's art style, actually Blizzard's style in general, is very cartoony/exaggerated to begin with so a live action movie will have a very hard time looking like Warcraft. One major example is the orcs: they are six+ feet tall with the physique of a roided-up body builder and...

    Non-reference Sapphire 6970

    MSI R6970 Lightning

I was so tempted to buy one of these but now I see Gigabyte has a custom 6970 as well for $355 at Newegg. The MSI looks to be a better overclocker but the Gigabyte will at least get about 940-ish.

I had one of these for about a week but the noise and heat levels were way more than I could stand so I returned it. It performed fine but the noise level compared to a 5870 Vapor-X (my current card) was very disruptive. The 6970 at 25% fan speed (manually set in CCC) was about the same...

How is the noise level of the cards? While I will not be going for the tri-fire set up of the OP I have been keeping an eye on the PowerCooler 6970 PCS+. Just wondering if they really are as relatively quiet as the reviews say they are. Seeing as how the Asus DCII and MSI Lightning are...

    MSI R6970 Lightning
