I'm upgrading a machine today from a 5450 to a 6770. I have the latest patched drivers etc - can I just swap the cards or is it worth an uninstall and clean install as I change over? My process was going to be 1. Uninstall driver, shut down 2. Change card 3. Boot an install driver...

Agree, but a dedicated server would give the option to ban certain weapons,add thrid party anti-cheat, ban players and set own game rules. Dont have any problem with the nuke. Think of CSS - banning AWP, life bans, player and round limits and so on. for me MW2 is still pretty good, 3 years...

multiplayer is the lifeblood of the fps. imho. a good multiplayer outdoes fancy graphics etc - look how many still play CS and CSS.

not sure we pay a great deal more here in the UK for hardware - just a case of knowing where to look! I was thinking about that price- I have built about 6 systems for myself over 12 years, and have never spent that much on an entire build.

True! No real changes to this game for the last 5 years anyway, few new courses a few updates here and there, but really its the same as 2007. Thats an embarrasment - flogging an otherwise decent game by just putting a new number next to it.... Still enjoying Links 2003 :)

good review this and some surprising temps as well - be good to get mine that low! Here in the UK ambient temp is almost irrelevant as it rarely gets above 25C and our air conditioning involves opening a window... :) Would also be interested to compare to the H50 and something from...

the ibm thinkpads are great. Most solid build and i like a nipple.... I have had a dell for 3 years, hard drive just failed but easy to replace and start again. Would buy a dell again.
