Howdy, Switched to Windows 8 today and noticed for Color Management, my ICC profiles have no effect on the display any longer. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

Having an issue that once I get out of the starting cave, my health won't deplete and both the magicka and stamina bars move out of their boundaries. The game is unplayable because I have no idea how much health I have.
