I really like how [H] "looks" at the enthusiast market. Instead of focusing on benchmark (whether synthetic or in game), [H] also covers IQ, power consumption, price/preformance ratios. However the types on configurations tested are kind of limited, I'd like to see different CPU/GPU/etc...
Yea I was thinking of saying something along the lines of "But its still cheaper at CC so I'll just buy it there.." but she was a really nice person and I'm not crying over $5 :D
I just got off the phone with OfficeDepot. She said she couldn't pricematch it because CC's original price is $319, and they dont take into account special offers (or something like that), but she was willing to give me 15% off, which came out to $255 (pre-tax), so I bit. Thanks OP!:D

I might be a minority in this, but each time I've had to call Dell and speak to "Mike", they've always been very pleasant and efficient (and understood english perfectly).
I've heard about this happening (sadly, after i bought it). I've had mine for about 3 months so far... Do you know anything else? Like was it a particular batch that was bad? Are there any other symptoms that lead up to it dying?

Bought it from Newegg back in November, awesome monitor! I think mine came with two dead pixels (one black, one white) but honestly, I can't even find them anymore. One thing tho: I still haven't recieved my rebate check from FujiPlus...
yea i left it running for almost 2 hours and nothing, so i gave up. so lame... i clicked on it literally RIGHT on 7:00:00. at 6:59:59 i was like GO GO GO! oh well no high def for me
fyi, if u do go thru with this deal, make sure to download the hotfix for windows xp. if i wasnt so lazy, i'd link u, but thems the breaks. Just do a google search, or search the forums
Nah, I think there was a review on Tom's Hardware about spider carapce being able to dissipate more heat than both steel and aluminum, COMBINED! :p
But yea, aluminum cases dont dissispate more heat... unless u've got ur case rigged up as some kinda huge heatsink....
