I would like to get some kind of Certification to say I am competent in web design. I know there are MCSE, A+, NET+ etc. for networking. But what certifications, if any, are there for web design? I know that XHTML isn't exactly rocket science, but I'd like to be able to give some evidence...

u should just be able to install from the network...i just did this on a machine with no CDrom. I used Bart's network boot disk , had it map a network drive for me, and then i just ran winnt.exe from the I386 installation folder across the network.
