BTW. FWIW my Zotac order which was $1349 for a ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3080 AMP Holo LHR... They state that they charge 15% restocking, after inquiring if I refuse delivery / don't open.. They will refund all of it.. I just could not see spending $2100 after tax for a 3080Ti from Microcenter...

This was already fixed, and with Google Play Services, it is not an issue. Only an issue if you are running some modded version of Android (such as Amazon device / Chinese branch). In addition, it was an issue if you were side loading apps from untrusted sources.. No reason to upgrade to 4.4...

Thanks, it sure was kind of strange, as there were no settings I could see in the bios which were defaulting to 16x multiplier.. I have it running at 4.0ghz stable now.. Need to do some more tests to crank it up a bit more.. No wonder FSX/Prepar3d were getting crappy frame rates..

I went and reset the bios to defaults, seems to be at 3.7ghz now pretty stable, and 55C with the H100i.. Thank goodness, the slower speed was driving me crazy.
