Second the RC10 and T-AMP. I'm currently running that setup, RC10's & Topping TP22 amp. They sound great. I believe they are $219 for a pair of RC10's @ vanns right now.
Its an issue with chrome. See that white box on the right? It's supposed to have 2 buttons, Exit & Next. If you mouse over to the right side of that box, its the next button which will bring you to the next page showing the discounts. However that page will also be missing the button images. You...
Either go through the website and submit an rma or call up customer service via toll free number and ask for an advance rma. They will need a credit card to process it and give you 2 weeks to send back your bad psu.
Hey all,
I'm just wondering what I should expect or look for after my PSU (Corsair AX850) just died while in use. I wasn't using any data on my 128gb m4 (OS/Main Apps) when it happened. I was just listening to music which is stored on my WD Black data drive, when the system just completely...
I would suggest 2 pairs of Energy RC10's and an Energy RCLCR to start out with.

That would come out to $840 shipped from vanns. Add something like...
Here's my room setup.
Headphones: Sennheiser HD580, Beyerdynamic DT-250, Ultrasone HFI-780, Shure E4C all hooked to a Xonar STX or a Fiio E7/E9 combo.
Speakers: 2x Energy RC70, RCLCR, 2x RC10 rears, eD A3-250 sub
Reciever: Onkyo TX-NR709
This is so true. Bose never allowed this stuff, but when I was working @ circuit city, we put them in our demo room with other speakers consisting of Boston Acoustics (CR, VR Lines), Polks, and Klipsch Synergy series. We had most people just close their eyes and asked them what they liked best...
I also got the Fedex saver shipping and im in Southern CA, said my delivery date was 3 buisiness days but I got it in 2. If your next to their Corporate Freemont location where they are shipping, it should only take 1-2 days max with that option.
I got 3 day shipping but I also got my RMA # the morning after submitting my info. The actual package came in 2 days since it was from Northern CA to Southern CA. I think they are giving the headphones to everyone, they don't sound too bad either :D
No, I emailed them and they told me to wait for my replacement board to come in and I would get further instructions on how to ship back. I guess I just repack using the same box to send it back once I verify everything works fine.
I got my RMA # this morning too along with the fedex label. Sent my info in yesterday around 3pm pacific time and got my RMA info @ 11:40am pacific. Are they going to send out info on when they ship out the replacement boards for the cross shipment?
You can buy new drivers for them if you want to fix it yourself. Although that would be the more expensive route. I recently ordered the HD650 drivers and HD580 drivers, once I found out that the 650 drivers worked, I tried calling sennheiser to cancel the order for the 580 drivers. Instead they...
Nope no problems at all. I just use the Audio Device Manager in the Control Panel for XP if the Specific app doesnt allow to change the soundcard (Winamp or Foobar allows this). I don't have to reset for anything, just select which source I want and press apply.
Well I only use 2 really, the 3rd is just onboard for some legacy support. But from most used to least: M-Audio Revo, Audigy 1 Platinum, CMI8738 onboard. I needed a game port and all my slots are full, the onboard was the only way to go for that.
Like he said above. I still have my FPS2000 from years back and they work fine and all but new speakers blow them away. Going to the Monsoon MH-505, sure there was less bass but it was alot more detailed. Then I went to the Klipsch Promedia Ultras, well that simply destroyed them in every...
