My board has always overvolted by .05 so I don't think your alone in this respect, and at the default voltage (1.65 cum 1.70) I get sod all overclocking potential. I also have a week 40+ CPU - haven't managed to find any information about unlocking it yet. Please post here if you get anywhere.

Have you tried plugging it in your PC to see if it recognises anything?

Tiny - you can buy adaptors for connecting PS2 controllers to USB ports... I have a couple of PS2 joypads connected to my PC. Not sure if they work with wheels but you might wanna look into it
