I think you're missing the point of what net neutrality is all about. Lower pricing by ISPs can be a result of many other causes.
We have strong net neutrality in India, and we also have some of the cheapest broadband pricing globally.
While i don't condone any sort of violent behavior, this is digressing from the debate on net neutrality. The US has taken a step backwards here. If one believes Mozilla did support a terrorist organisation, they have the freedom to approach the courts...or am i missing something here?
Does the pricing / performance of the RX 480 matter at all ?? Kyle and so many others seem to have pre-emptively doomed this GPU without as much as getting the final detailed reviews out there.
Moreover, how does anyone other than AMD get to decide the positioning of this GPU in the market...
Wikileaks don't really have a right to complain about the data sharing, and reading the article it seems they are upset at the fact that they weren't informed about the data request put in Mar '12 until now, so that they can prepare a legal defense. Seems fair enough.
I agree..
Techreport began including 'frametime' charts in their reviews quite a while ago. Their first analysis on this topic 'Inside the second' came out in Sept 2011. http://techreport.com/review/21516/inside-the-second-a-new-look-at-game-benchmarking
DD was one of the pioneers in the business , sad to see to them go down. Can't help reminiscing , its guys with products like them what got me interested in overclocking in the first place..
Always include a DOCTYPE .. you don't even know the crazy stuff i've encountered because of the omission of the one line of code.
For 100% height use absolute positioning as mentioned before.
<body><div style="position:absolute; top:0px; left:0px; height: 100%; width:100%;"></body>
This will...
Your reasoning is pointless when the issue is about rendering in IE7 vs other browsers. I've been working with strict XHTML/CSS layouts for the last 5-6 years and am very much aware of the extra effort required to get sites to render accurately in IE6/IE7. In each job i've done, inevitably you...
There's always idiots who like to jump the gun without knowing all the facts.
The issue raised by Kogan isn't primarily about safety. I'm pretty sure Kogan's site will NOT harm their users and SSL encryption takes care of basic user security during transactions.
The issue was time and...

For those too lazy to read the article..Tesla K20 will be $1,500 - $2,000 so expect the desktop version to be pricey too.
I don't use Chrome although its just about the quickest in JS execution. For me FF is the best all-round browser. I've tried switching a no. of times but it just ain't happening..
Typing this on a WinXP sp3 notebook running old hardware with a GMA945 for graphics, XP gives me a much better experience than Vista or Win7. There's just too much lag in the gui in the latter two.
As for security, i just follow a few things regarding usb drives, file downloads, keeping an...
I still can't get why all Firefox versions including FF5 are all soooo slow in rendering javascript based gui's. Where the heck is all the JS speed increase?? Its like watching a movie running at 15fps. Every decent browser, Chrome/Opera/Safari, renders it like its running at 30fps with no lag...
With a javascript API like JQuery its actually quite simple. It would take a bit, typing out a whole guide here but if you just Google and read up a few beginners tutorials you'll see how easy it is.

err..isn't something like already functional for years in Japan now?
I could have sworn i had seen a news bite on this which showed users making purchases, paying for train travel etc. using their mobile devices. So whats great about Google doing the same?
The CNAME record www.website.com. It seems like some issue there. Best thing to do is get in touch with your webhost and ask them to reset it maybe (i.e. delete and re-enter)
Sounds like the CNAME record for your domain has some issue. (http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/answer.py?answer=48090#K). Get in touch with your webhost to resolve it.
Actually you are only partially correct. The banks are equally very much to blame for the depression and Citibank or any bank cannot justify huge bonuses, esp. in this financial climate.
THEY are the ones that got rich exponentially after WWII and then before and during the Clinton-era...
What is this .. a slow news day? Why the heck has [H] even linked to this sorry excuse for an article??:rolleyes:
I thought maybe he had some kind of simple quantitative study done to explain his reasoning..
What has open source got to do with anything? I'd rather you mentioned some specifics in your issue, but like Chimel said it seems to indicate some addon causing a memory leak. For eg. even a widely used addon like Better Gmail was giving me issues while sending mails in Gmail.
I'm a web dev...
Not really interested .. I think this previous article , AMD Radeon 6990+6970 CrossFireX / "TriFire" Review , pretty much surmised all there is to say ...
The only problem with E-350 based systems is availability.
Here in India there are just 2 higher models one each from Sony (featured in this thread) and HP currently available through retailers. Many have not heard of the budget variants from Acer etc.
Gathering from your post basically you have 2 links Main and Media. You want to display the image link for the page that you are on in the 'roll-over' state permanently.
In other words don't use a roll over for the Main link when you are on the main page, instead use an regular image link. Only...
what the guy above me said and its quite simple to post to your PHP/ASP file with code like this ..
$.ajax({
type: "POST",
url: "your_php-or-asp_script.php",
data: "val1="+value1+"&val2="+value2,
success: function(msg){
alert( "Data Saved: " + msg );
}
});
